We do not guarantee that the App will meet your requirements or expectations.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, to use the App in the twelve months prior to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Total Hotel Stay Guide developed by Encore Zero Labs and our officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

13. Modifications to the App
